Thanksgiving was a special time this year of enjoying not only our son, Nate, and daughter-in-law, Rosa, but also our granddaughter Sanaa and her first Thanksgiving. She is almost 5 months old (on the 30th...which is tomorrow) and loving to eat solid food and watch football on TV! That is the main event for Thanksgiving, right? Seriously, we enjoyed holding her, playing with her and her myriad of toys and helping to keep her happy. It is a joy to watch her smile!

Hi Gramma Carol and Papa Gene! What a surprise to see you "following" my blog! You are the first...congrats! :) I can't believe how big little Sanaa is getting! What a doll! We think of you both so often and really miss our GBC family. Hopefully we will make it there for a visit some Sunday when we are in town.
